This work is about showing up differently in your relationships.

Most of us learned how to relate to others through experiences we didn't choose and relationships we had no control over.  Those patterns are deeply wired.  They run quietly in the background until something activates them - someone says the wrong thing or they don't show up the way you expected them too. 

​

We look at where those patterns came from, how they're playing out in your relationships right now, and what it looks like to do it differently.

​

This is practical work you take into your everyday life.

 

What that looks like in real life:

  • You catch yourself before reacting.​

  • You pause instead of escalating or shutting down.

  • You’re able to say what you mean—clearly and without harshness.

  • ​You start making choices that reflect what you actually want, while still considering the relationship as a whole.

​​

Coaching is not therapy.  If you're seeing a therapist, coaching can complement that work beautifully.   The work we do together is forward focused, skills based and grounded in understanding what activates you, what your expectations are and discovering how you relate to others.
