What does it mean to move with intention?
Authentic Yeung (Yang) Family Style Tai Chi
Most people recognize Tai Chi by its slow, continuous movements.
But there's much more happening within the movement.
Tai Chi is based on the understanding that mind, body, and emotion are inseparable. Through practice, we develop balance, coordination, concentration and awareness while learning to move the whole body together.
Come practice with me.

Healthier Movement

About
Hi, I'm Candace
I grew up with Tai Chi as a big part of my life.
My father, John Conroy, has been practicing and teaching Yeung Family Style Tai Chi for decades, so I had the unusual experience of growing up with Tai Chi—and with my father as my teacher.
I eventually opened my own school in Rhode Island, where I taught for nearly 20 years. Today I continue teaching here in Colorado.
And I'm still a student.
That's one of the things I love most about Tai Chi. There is always another layer to understand, another principle to explore, and something new to discover in a movement you've practiced hundreds of times.
I'm still practicing. Still learning.
And yes, my father is still correcting me.
