Build Healthier, More Connected Relationships—Starting With You

Transform the way you show up in relationships — from feeling misunderstood or disconnected to feeling grounded, valued, and emotionally clear.

Struggling to Stay Connected in Your Relationships?

You’re not alone — and you’re not imagining it.

Maybe you’re tired of:

  • Feeling unseen, unheard, or taken for granted

  • Holding in your feelings until they come out sideways

  • Carrying the emotional load while trying to “keep the peace”

  • Showing up as the strong one but feeling misunderstood or unsupported

  • Repeating the same patterns no matter how hard you try to change them

If any of this feels familiar, there’s a reason.

These patterns don’t come out of nowhere — they come from conditioning, habit, and old relational roles you learned long before adulthood.

And until you understand them, they keep running the show.

That’s where coaching comes in.

My work is grounded in self-awareness, because that’s the first step to becoming more relational — understanding why you react the way you do, and learning how to choose a calmer, clearer, more connected second response.

I help women move from overwhelm and reactivity into confidence and connection — in their marriage, dating life, family dynamics, and most importantly, in the relationship they have with themselves.

If you’re ready to stop repeating the same emotional patterns and start showing up with more clarity, ease, and self-trust, this work can help you get there.

Why work with me?

So many women come to me because they want more in their relationships — more connection, more ease, more kindness, and love that actually feels supportive. They’re not lost or unaware; they’re simply tired of repeating the same emotional patterns that keep them from the closeness they want.

I understand that longing because it’s what started my own journey. For years, when I felt hurt or not considered, I would shut down — quiet, distant, one-word answers — until the pressure built and spilled out as anger, control, or the need to be right. It was my way of protecting myself, but it kept me from the connection I deeply wanted. Everything changed when I began understanding my conditioning, my patterns, and the “first responses” I didn’t even know were running my relationships. That self-awareness opened the door to real change.

That’s the foundation of my work today. In every session, I help you understand your patterns, your emotional habits, and the roles you learned to play — so you can shift into your second response: the grounded, clear, connected version of yourself. Together, we build healthier ways of showing up that bring more ease, confidence, and genuine connection into your relationships. If you’re ready to understand yourself more deeply and change how you show up, I’m here to support that transformation.

Frequently Asked Questions

I’ve already tried everything, what makes this different?

Relational Life Therapy (RLT) differs from traditional relationship therapy by focusing on immediate, practical changes rather than long, exploratory sessions. RLT emphasizes personal accountability, helping individuals recognize and shift unhealthy patterns quickly. It provides direct, actionable tools to create deeper, more authentic connections, fostering rapid transformation in relationships.

Working with me will help you address the root causes of disconnection and conflict in your marriage. You’ll gain tools to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen your emotional connection. By focusing on these core issues, you’ll create a solid foundation for a healthier, more resilient relationship.

How many sessions will it take before I see a change in my relationship?

You may start noticing a difference in your relationship after just 1-2 sessions.

Will working with you involve discussing my childhood?

It may include exploring your upbringing, the patterns you learned through observation, and how you adapted to meet your needs

I’m not in a relationship.
Will this benefit me in future relationships?

It will help you develop healthier relationship patterns and greater self-awareness, even if you're not currently in a romantic relationship. You'll gain valuable tools to improve your relationships with family, friends, coworkers, and yourself, creating stronger, more fulfilling connections in all areas of your life.

How easy will this be to apply to my relationship?

Like any skill, developing strong relational abilities takes practice. If you’re willing and open, you can start applying these techniques right away to strengthen and repair your marriage or relationship.

Does this work for everyone? Nothing seems to ever work for me.

Everyone is unique, but if you're open to changing old behavior patterns and learning new relational skills, you'll see improvements in your relationships.

What if I’m not seeing any improvements after working with you for a while?

You can end sessions at any time. I charge by the hour, or you can choose a package of 5 sessions at a discounted rate. Any unused sessions will be refunded.
