Why do I need a Life coach?
Candace is a Life coach helping people to fulfill their potential through
self awareness.
I take my years of experience through my own trauma and self awareness evolution and help others find their true self within. I help them to evaluate their current situation and where they are in life, and help them determine where they want to be. It takes a compassionate human to be able to break down the decades of walls and barriers we put up. I assist people in defining their life purpose and values. I help people make choices that will enhance their lives while improving relationships with themselves and the one's they love.
Self awareness is the key to a better life.
Self awareness empowers you to make
decisions that align with who you really are.
Heighten self awareness
Are your beliefs about yourself and the world holding you back. Do you believe that you are not smart enough, pretty enough, skinny enough, or talented enough to get what you want. These beliefs come from negative self-talk and repeated self-limiting behavior.

Do you have doubts about yourself and the future? You have to make a shift from those negative belief systems, those conditioned core responses .... you have to evolve in order to reveal your power through self awareness.
Repair and improve relationships
Being able to make decisions that align with you who you truly are is a gift. Decisions that will affect your happiness, your health, your relationships and the wide world around you. Giving yourself permission to live in the way that suits you best, even if your loved ones don't agree. My services are designed to help you choose the best gift for yourself this year and every year after that — so let's start getting real, let's start setting boundaries, let's start creating healthier relationships with yourself and the people around you.
Explore emotional triggers
Let's confess something: We've all been there. Someone cuts you off on the highway or you can't remember a password and no one can help you figure out how to make a new one or SO forgets pick to pick up the kids and you have an appointment! These experiences can trigger an emotional reaction that isn't always the best response to the situation. We react in ways that don't align with who we really want to be.

Through self observation practices you will become more aware of your emotional triggers and how you respond to them. You will become aware of the thoughts and emotions that come up, where they lead you and how they control the way you show up in the world.
